Institutes can create and manage all resources and assets. Resources can be grouped and their booking rules can be defined accordingly. Working hours and associated costs for resources can be defined. Fixed assets can also be managed including their valuation and depreciation.

Facility Allocation

Facilities can be allocated to custodians including institute staff and departments. Resource transfer rules and associated workflows can be defined.

Facility Scheduling

Facilities can be booked by administration staff for all learning activities including lectures, examinations, seminars, etc. Booking of resources by external parties can also be facilitate via the portal. Scheduling conflicts can be detected and resolved by suggesting available assets. Facilities can also be issued and loaned to institute staff and students with appropriate approval routing. Dedicated resource calendars can be viewed and update to get a complete view of resource usage and availability.

Priority Booking

Priority Booking ensures that facilities are available when needed the most. Priority for each resource booking can be specified and administration staff can leverage this while allocating resources. Notifications are sent to associated personnel when bookings are canceled and suitable alternative resources and dates are suggested.
