Fee Plans

Setup Base Plans, Discount Plans or Scholarships. You can setup multiple plans for each course. Define multiple payment modes (Cash/Cheque/Credit-Card,etc)along with offered payment schedules (Full Payment/Installments/Conditional Partial Payment, etc)

Multiple Currencies

Fees can be displayed and captured in multiple currencies. The institute can define currencies and exchange rates, while students can choose to view payments in their preferred currencies.

Discount Plans and Criteria

Discount plans can be defined based on various attributes including Time, Location, Nationality, Referrer Codes, etc. Different rates can be setup for In-state/Out-of-state/International Students as well.

Scholarships and Sponsors Management

Student Merit can be recognized and awarded by offering various scholarships. Scholarships can be setup for individual programs and conditions to avail them can be displayed to students. Multiple funding methods for students include self-funded, government sponsorships, corporate sponsorships, etc. Invoicing and accounting functions can be configured accordingly.

Fee Payment and Refund Rules

Along with multiple payment modes, schedules and funding methods, payment and refund rules for each can be configured. Students are notified of these at the time of payments. These rules are implemented by appropriate workflow routing and process automation.
