Registration Deadlines

Administration can set up deadlines for registration for individual courses, exams, seminars, etc as per the institute's norms and regulations.

Lecture Scheduling

Krawler also supports and facilitates complete Academic freedom. Institute administrators can choose to allow faculty to completely control the scheduling and conducting of learning activities. Faculty can themselves schedule course lectures based on availability of resources, students and even adjunct faculty.

Tutorial Scheduling

Schedule tutorials for individual courses. Assign faculty based on their availability and skill sets. Decide venues and resources required. You can also specify students groups required to attend the lectures.

Assignment Scheduling

Specify assignment submission dates and deadlines. Student are reminded of the deadlines on their User Dashboard. Faculty can also track which assignments were not submitted on time and grade them accordingly.

Schedule Conflict Resolution

Identify scheduling conflicts for faculty, resources, venues and allocate based on priority. Any double-booking is immediately detected and notifications are sent.

Alerts and Notifications Engine

Faculty can make announcements to student groups, individual students or even all students. Announcements regarding activity schedules or coursework are displayed on student dashboards giving them due importance. Alerts and notification can be configured and triggered by user-defined actions. Email notifications can also be sent to ensure that students are aware of course schedules and deadlines even if they do not log in to the system frequently enough. Krawler Engine supports SMS alerts and notifications as well.
