Real-time chat and IM capabilities are provided. Students can raise questions and queries during the class or faculty can conduct dedicated Q&A sessions later. Announcements and other instructions can also be given by the faculty via the chat functionality. Attendance and attention is also tracked by checking the student’s online status.
